The mobile application integrated with JIRA and AWS is used to manage IT failures in the Bank.
Using this, you can, among others:
- Search for failures,
- View failures assigned to the individual person,
- Change the failure status,
- Change the assignment of the ticket to a person.
The application is integrated with SMS gateway and with PUSH notification mechanism.
