mBank

The mobile application integrated with JIRA and AWS is used to manage IT failures in the Bank.

Using this, you can, among others:

• Search for failures,
• View failures assigned to the individual person,
• Change the failure status,
• Change the assignment of the ticket to a person.

The application is integrated with SMS gateway and with PUSH notification mechanism.
